Library is located in the same building as Somerville's Borough Hall,
which houses all necessary departments in the Borough of Somerville.
The building sits on a triangular plot of land between Somerset Street and
West End Avenue. The Library's front door is on the West End Avenue side. A
parking lot is located to the rear of the building on Mountain Avenue.
FREE Parking is also available on both sides of both West End Avenue,
located in
front of the library and Somerset Street, located behind the parking lot.
FROM MORRIS COUNTY AND
POINTS NORTH:
-
Take I 287 South and bear right onto US
202&206 (Exit 17).
-
Follow this to the Somerville Circle and enter the
circle.

Follow the circle to 28 East
towards Somerville/Bound Brook.

The first light that you come to is Mountain
Avenue.

The Library is on the right across the
street. Make a right onto Mountain Avenue, in order to
park in the Parking Lot.

FROM MIDDLESEX
AND MONMOUTH COUNTIES:
-
Take I 287 North. Bear left and
enter Rte 22 West.

Go into your extreme right lane and
take Grove Street, Somerville which is the last exit before you
reach Commons Way.

Go over the overpass until you get to a
Stop sign. Make a right onto Grove Street, and go through
one light.

Make a right onto High Street,
which is at the second light. Take High Street until it
ends (Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church and School
will be facing you)

Make a left onto Mountain Avenue. At
the traffic light, the library is across the street on your left side
-
Go straight through the light and make
a left into the parking lot.

FROM PRINCETON:
-
Take Rte 27 to Rte 206 North
-
Follow 206 North
for approximately 16 miles, until you get to Somerset
Street in Somerville. Make a right onto Somerset Street.

Go underneath the overpass until you
get to the stoplight. You may go straight through the
light and park on the street, or make a left at the light to
park in the library Parking Lot. From the light, the library
(Borough Hall) Building is across the street and to your left.
