Roselle Public Library Cards and Borrowing

Library cards are free to any person who lives, works, or goes to school in Roselle . Proof of address, enrollment, or employment must be provided. Roselle residents' library cards expire after three years.

Non-residents who do not attend a Roselle school or work in town may purchase a card for $25 per year or use their MURAL card. Non-residents' library cards expire after one year.

Have your library card handy, and you may access the following features. Also, please have your PIN (personal identification number) ready. If you don't know your PIN, call the circulation desk at (908)245-5809.

All items circulate for two weeks except for videos and DVDs, which circulate for three days. All items except videos, DVDs, and reserved items may be renewed up to two times. Patrons may renew items in person, by phone, or online through our catalog. Items overdue more than five days may not be renewed by phone.

Please check out books no later than fifteen minutes before closing time. Applications for new or renewed library cards should be requested at least thirty minutes before closing.
