Penguins Roost at Roselle Library, Need New Home...
Almost three dozen penguins have taken up residence at
the Roselle Public Library, on their way to a good home.
The stuffed birds, donated by a friend of the Library, are displayed in all shapes and sizes; some are puppets,
some sing or walk. There are handmade penguins from Berea College
and El Salvador, also a couple of bears and
a black lab
puppy. Prices range from $5 to $20, and the
sales go to
the benefit
of the Library's Building Fund. |
VHS Video Sale at the Roselle Public Library...
Due to declining circulation, the Library is going to eliminate its VHS video collection. Children and adult videos, which formerly were checked out for three days for one dollar, can now be taken home permanently for one dollar.
