weather service is predicting a major winter storm starting
late Friday night.
In case the library is
forced to close Saturday,
the Friends of the
Library Book Sale
will be held on
Saturday, February 13
The Bag Sale will be
held on
Tuesday, February 16.

Children's Room
Come
and explore the night sky...during the day!
No
telescope for fancy science equipment needed!
Join
us when scientist John Miller from the Pearl Observatory
brings his traveling Starlab/Planetarium to Red Bank Public
Library! Inside you'll learn fun facts about the planets, the
stories behind the constellations, and and even get to hold a
real meteorite from space!
Saturday,
February 20th at 2:00 p.m.
This
program is open to children ages 4 and up and is FREE of charge.
SSpace
is limited to 30 people, so register as soon as possible in the
Avice Noblett Children's Room or call (732) 842-0690. If you

Yoga
Kids
Yoga is an ancient
form of staying fit by performing a few asanas, or moves,
which involve stretching, concentrating and breathing in the
right manner at the right time.
Yoga isn't just
beneficial for adults...now children can benefit from the
powers of Yoga as well!
Join us Monday
nights at 5:00 in February & March
Starts 2/1/10
Children must be
at least 7 years old to participate.
Wear comfy
clothing, bring your own Yoga Mat or towel (they will not be
provided) and water.
Space is limited
to 30 kids so sign up in the
Avice Noblett
Children's Room now!

Artist's Workshop
A monthly informal
gathering for Artists seeking inspiration, motivation and a
special time to devote to their work.
Workshops are free, no
registration is required at this time. Bring your own
drawing & painting materials
(sorry no oil paints due to
ventilation issues)
