Review your account right from home!
You can view your account to see the items charged to you, the due dates and any unpaid fines. You can also renew your books online and may place holds (reserves) online. While searching the online catalog, you will be able to create a "Keep" list of items you are interested in.

REVIEW YOUR ACCOUNT
1. Go to the Online Catalog
2. Click the "My Account" link on the top of the page

Select Review My Account. Log in, if required.

The My Account page allows you to review bills, checkouts, and current hold requests. From the My Account page you can cancel holds and view library messages and requests. If you haven't already logged in, you may be prompted to log in to iBistro when you attempt to change information in My Account. This login is only valid for the duration of the current transaction.

PIN NUMBERS
Your PIN # is CHANGEME (all one word, all caps) until you select your own PIN #. To change your PIN #:
1. Go to the Online Catalog.
2. Click the "My Account" link on the top of the page.
3. Click "User PIN Change."
4. Enter your Library barcode number.

Please enter all of the numbers without spaces. Ignore the box asking for an alternative ID
5. Enter the current PIN: CHANGEME.
6. Enter a new PIN of your choice - Your PIN can be composed of numbers and letters, but no special characters (!, @, #, etc...) or spaces. Your PIN is not case-sensitive. Your PIN should be from 4-10 characters long.
7. Re-enter your new PIN.
8. Click on the blue "Change PIN" button. "

PLACING A HOLD
Holds can be placed at the library or also from home using the Library catalog. Reserving from Home:
1. Go to the Online Catalog
2. After searching for the title that you want to reserve, click on the blue "details" button to the left of the title.
3. Click on the "Place Hold" link on the left side of the screen.
*This link is located under the blue "Keep" tab.
4. Enter your complete Library barcode number and PIN # in the boxes provided. Ignore the box asking for an alternate ID.
5. You should see a message that says your name and the title that you have placed on reserve. Click on the blue "OK" link to confirm.
Now, when you review your account, a list of the items you have placed on hold will appear.

RENEWING AN ITEM
You can renew an item at the Circulation Desk or by calling the Circulation Department at (732) 222-3900. Renewals can also be placed from home through the Library catalog.
Renewing from Home:
1. Go to Online Catalog
2. Click on the white "My Account" link on the top of the page.
3. Click on "Renew Materials."
4. Enter your Library barcode number (all numbers without spaces). Ignore the box asking for an alternate ID.
5. Enter your PIN # (If you do not know what your PIN # is, please refer to the instructions above).
6. Click on the blue "List Charged Items" button.
7. This will take you to a list of the items that you have charged out with due dates. * Renew select items: Click in the white box to the left of the title and then click on the blue "Renew Selected Items" button on the bottom of the page. * Renew all items: Click in the white circle next to "Renew All." Click on the blue "Renew Selected Items" button on the bottom of the page.
8. Click the blue "OK" link on the bottom of the page.
9. If the item was renewed, the screen will say Item Renewed. If the item was not renewed, it will say that it Failed to Renew. An item will fail to be renewed if there are reserves for that item or if the renewal limit has been exceeded.

VIEWING ITEMS CHECKED OUT
1. Go to the Online Catalog
2. Click on the white "My Account" link on the top of the page.
3. Click on "Review My Account."
4. Enter your Library barcode number (all numbers without spaces). Ignore the box asking for an alternate ID.
5. Enter your PIN # (If you do not know what your PIN # is, please refer to the instructions above).
6. Click on the blue "Display User Information" button or hit the Enter or Return button on your keyboard.
7. This will take you to a list of the items that you have charged out. You can also view due dates and fines from this screen. If you have questions about items that you have charged out, please contact the Circulation Department at (732) 222-3900
