Edison Main Library During August, Darcy Dzuban, award-winning artist and Edison resident who attends Middlesex County College, will display her paintings at the Main Library. For North Edison programs call (732) 548-3045 x1 Edison Main Library NJ Board Certified Acupuncturist Carolyn Raiman will present a free program at the Edison Main Library, 340 Plainfield Ave, on Wednesday, July 16th at 7pm. Ms Raiman combines both conventional western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine using acupuncture. This form of treatment can compliment the patient’s care and improve quality of life. Rowan University student and Edison Resident Joseph Carlough will be reading some of his award-winning poetry, plus a short story, at the Main Library on Wednesday August 13th. Gregory Wyzykowski of Custom Financial Strategies in Parlin will conduct a free seminar on Saving Bonds at the Main Library on Tuesday, September 13th at 7pm. Some of the topics he will cover include “Common Pitfalls and Mistakes of Bond Owners”, “Proper Savings Bond Management”, “Cash-in and Taxation Issues” and “Current Values and Interest Rates.” North Edison Branch Edison Residents who are able to speak and read some English and are willing to participate in a conversational setting are invited to join the ESL Conversation group. It meets at the Main Library on Tuesday mornings from 10-11:30 North Edison Branch Free guitar lessons every Friday for senior citizens from 10:30 - 11:30 am. We are happy to announce that our Wednesday ESL Conversation Class will be starting again soon. It will meet from 11am-1pm at the North Branch on Wednesdays starting the end of March.
