Among the photographs are pictures of Edison from youth to maturity. The photographs are familiar, even we recognize the Edison brand. Edison had a good rapport with the media so it is not surprising we have so many images to remember him in his laboratory and library. There are photographs of some of his inventions including the fluoroscope which he did not patent so that it could be used freely in medicine. The commemorative plaque that celebrates his 100th birthday and is located at the Menlo Park Museum in Edison is included in the photographs.
